Old Sacramento The town of Sacramento is situated in California. The time of Richard chase was only soon after the great depression and World War II. In 1966, a march for the United farm workers was led by Cesar Chavez. Richard Chase was not a normal person and his actions were obviously not influenced by outside influences. All his beliefs, his theories, were somehow thought up by himself and so it is fair to say that his own paranoid mind put him up to doing all the terrible things he did.
